IP enforcement doesn't need to be dirty or contentious. By rejecting the old world zero-sum mentality, we can protect our intellectual property while adding value for our customers and our designers. I will walk through the approach I've helped develop at Monotype over the past five years, provide insights into my enforcement philosophy, and demonstrate a framework for how to get comfortable navigating uncomfortable conversations.
