An approach for teaching typography in Secondary School

With a past as a Visual Art teacher in Secondary School, I’ve always thought about how important is to get known about typography at the beginning of our studies. Everyone should learn the basics of typography, not only graphic design students, so I made a brief study about this, in which four projects were undertaken with real students in a Spanish secondary school in order to introduce secondary school students to typography. Projects like «adopting» a typography all over the year, designing dust jackets for books or practice calligraphy and lettering.
