Self-care/healing with power of design: how do we apply design thinking to our lives and vision?
Design & critical thinking is an essential skill for meaningful solutions for the design problems; but have we ever thought of using this ability to design our own lives? Within this society where we live is a flood of information at all times, and our attention and interests are the most precious matter in the market. To navigate ourselves with the right decisions— How do we set our intention? My idea is to use design thinking to set a clear vision. A clear statement of aspirational self and the future has the power to lead us to cohesive patterns in action.
From researching to deeply get to know who you really are with full sympathy toward yourself, creating a mind map to holistically understand your past & future, and making a mood board for your visualizing your future self— all those design process tools are incredibly useful to really “design” our core value of life.
I essentially think this is part of the self-care/ self-healing process to accept where you are and to organize complicated thoughts. Especially under this difficult situation we are all currently experiencing in 2020, I hope to heal and empower people with the power of design. I’m excited to share the step by step process of life designing together with you all.
Our pure curiosity and sense of wonder combined with critical thinking skills are huge assets we carry, and I want to make this talk space for its celebration.
