Tanya George is a type designer and typographer from India. Since completing her MA in Typeface Design from University of Reading, she has her own independent practice in Mumbai where she works on a range on projects with a focus on typography.
She teaches at École Intuit.lab and has been visiting faculty at various design schools. She also conducts Type Walks in Mumbai and has co-founded Typostammtisch Mumbai. She is actively involved in writing, presenting, and conducting workshops related to type and typography.
